 Our goal at Cupcakeswirl is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find you are not satisfied with a product (s) please contact us info@cupcakeswirl.com for return authorization.

 Please note: shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

No we do not. We accept orders from the U.S.  only.

Will my gumpaste/royal icing toppers break during shipping? TOP

Since sugar/gumpaste flowers are handmade and delicate you will experience minimal breakage.

 Although we package as efficiently as we can  there will always be potential for minimal breakage. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Cupcake Swirl offers you the advantage of placing your order online, via PayPal and it's secure servers and encryption.

 

Will my private information be shared with a third party? TOP
Cupcake Swirl is commited to maintaining your privacy. We will never sell or share any information of our customers. Any and all information you share with us is kept confidential.

Where are you located? TOP

CupcakeSwirl is a online only retail store. We are located in  Northern California.

How will my package be shipped? TOP

We ship using  USPS Priority, Flat Rate, Parcel Post & Express mail. Delivery confirmation and insurance is included in all orders. On occasion we will use UPS for large orders if needed.

 Please include a complete shipping address using if needed; suite #. apt # or Business Name. If your package is returned "UNDELIVERABLE"  it will not be re-shipped. We will notify you and refund you, minus shipping.

How will you notify me that my package has been shipped? TOP
We will send you a tracking number via email once the package is shipped. You can track the status of your order and estimated delivery time.
