Since sugar/gumpaste flowers are handmade and delicate you will experience minimal breakage.
Although we package as efficiently as we can there will always be potential for minimal breakage. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Is your website secure? TOP Cupcake Swirl offers you the advantage of placing your order online, via PayPal and it's secure servers and encryption.

CupcakeSwirl is a online only retail store. We are located in Northern California. How will my package be shipped? TOP
We ship using USPS Priority, Flat Rate, Parcel Post & Express mail. Delivery confirmation and insurance is included in all orders. On occasion we will use UPS for large orders if needed.
Please include a complete shipping address using if needed; suite #. apt # or Business Name. If your package is returned "UNDELIVERABLE" it will not be re-shipped. We will notify you and refund you, minus shipping. How will you notify me that my package has been shipped? TOP We will send you a tracking number via email once the package is shipped.
