I plan on giving these as gifts this holiday season. I used the Martha Stewart "Classic Crumb Cake" recipe. The recipe made 3 coffee cakes! That's 3 gifts baked at once! The best part is you bake right in the pan you are giving as a gift! No extra pans to wash. This beautiful paper baking mold has a 6 3/4" base X 1 3/4" sidewall. It has a dark brown paper background with an attractive gold floret print over lay. You can wrap it in cellophane and attach a beautiful bow and label to take it over-the-top!
